1. Who publishes this site

candy--ai.net is published as an independent editorial project covering the Candy AI companion platform. The publisher is a private operator reachable only through the form described on our contact page; we do not list a postal address because no part of this site collects payments or ships anything.

2. What this site is not

We are a third-party review site. We are not Candy AI, we are not part of the company that runs it, and nothing here is approved, sponsored or checked by them. We hold no account data, we cannot see your subscription, and we cannot cancel a plan, release a refund or restore access on the platform. Requests of that kind have to go to Candy AI support directly; the route is set out on our billing and refunds page.

3. Commercial relationship

You pay the same price either way, and no commission changes the figures we publish or the criticisms we make. Where we judge something to be a drawback — the 24-hour refund deadline, tokens that expire with the period — we say so.
