Five billing intervals, one monthly token allowance, a one-click cancellation path and a refund window that closes 24 hours after payment. Here is the whole sequence, in the order you will meet it.
The platform’s pricing is not hard to read, but three details catch people out: the monthly plan’s introductory first month, tokens that expire with the period instead of rolling over, and a refund deadline measured in hours rather than days. What each interval costs
Candy AI offers five Premium payment intervals for US customers. Each one includes unlimited text messages, 100 tokens per month, custom companion creation, 18+ images and 18+ videos.

The monthly plan starts with a lower first-month price; the quarterly and annual plans charge the full amount at the start of each billing period. So the annual interval is the cheapest per month and the biggest single line on your statement, while the weekly interval costs least to try. US customers should check for any local taxes before confirming payment.
Before any of that, there is a free tier: the free version lets you send up to five messages to AI characters. A subscription replaces that cap with unlimited text messaging and adds the monthly token allowance for image generation, voice notes and other extra features.
Tokens
How the allowance is spent
Premium plans include 100 tokens each month. Tokens are separate from unlimited text messages: you spend them on media features such as images, voice notes and video tools. Text chat does not draw them down.
Three rules decide whether that allowance is worth anything to you. Tokens cannot be transferred to another account or exchanged for money. They do not carry over into a new subscription period after they expire. And if you run out mid-period, you buy more rather than wait — extra token packs are available in your account’s token-purchase area, where the amount and price appear during checkout. Tokens are added to your balance only after you confirm payment.
Not included
Token rollover, token transfers, cash conversion, and any commercial use of the platform or its outputs without explicit authorization.
Renewal and cancellation
Stopping the next charge
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. To stop the next charge, open your account settings, select “Unsubscribe,” and confirm. There is no need to contact support for this, and no cancellation fee is described.
Cancelling does not cut access short. Your Premium access remains available until the current paid period ends. After that, your account returns to the free version: Premium features stop, and unused subscription tokens expire instead of carrying over. If you cancel a day into an annual term, you keep Premium for the rest of those twelve months — and, separately, you are outside the refund window described below.
Payment methods
How you can pay, and what the statement says
Candy AI accepts major payment cards. Depending on availability it may also offer Pay by Bank, cryptocurrency, Apple Pay, Google Pay or other methods. The payment page accepts major cards and may also accept Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDC, Litecoin and other cryptocurrencies.
Charges appear under “EverAI” on your bank statement. They do not show Candy AI or any explicit adult-service wording. Card payments involve a transaction record holding your name, email address, card brand, the last four digits of the card, the amount and currency, your IP address and your recurring billing information; crypto payments involve your email address, wallet address, country, IP address and transaction details.
Pick your route with refunds in mind. Subscription refunds are only available for card purchases, and the same restriction applies to token packages. Paying by cryptocurrency buys you a different privacy trade-off and gives up the refund path entirely.
Refunds
The 24-hour window, and what voids it
This is the strictest part of the terms, and the part worth reading before you confirm a payment rather than after.
Refunds for subscriptions and other non-token purchases must be requested within 24 hours of payment. A subscription refund can be refused if more than 20 tokens have been used, and subscription refunds are only available for card purchases. Token-package refunds follow the same clock: a request within 24 hours of payment, tokens unused, card purchases only.

Two exclusions matter. Refunds do not cover content that was removed, or access that was restricted, for a policy violation. And a refund or chargeback cancels the purchase right away: it removes Premium access and revokes any remaining tokens. Filing a chargeback instead of writing to support therefore costs you the balance you were trying to recover.

Billing questions, answered
Which plan works out cheapest?
The annual plan, at $3.99 per month, billed as $47.88 for 12 months. It is also the largest single charge, since quarterly and annual plans take the full amount at the start of each period. The weekly plan at $5.60 costs the least up front.
Do unused tokens carry over?
No. The 100 monthly tokens cannot be transferred to another account or exchanged for money, and they do not carry over into a new subscription period after they expire. After a cancellation, unused subscription tokens expire too.
Can you use Candy AI for commercial projects?
No, not without explicit authorization. The service is licensed for personal entertainment or educational use, and the Terms of Service bar commercial use of the platform, your account content, or the content it generates unless Candy AI has given explicit authorization. If you plan to use outputs for business, ask for permission before you publish or sell anything.
Does Candy AI provide mental health support?
No. It is built for entertainment and fictional interaction, not emotional support, medical advice or mental health care. If you are going through distress or a mental health difficulty, reach out to a qualified professional rather than relying on an AI companion.
Can you share an account?
No. Your account is for your own use only and cannot be sold, lent, transferred or given to someone else. You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for everything done through your account, so keep your password to yourself.
